I'm guessing that "brick" comes from "Bike-Run Combination (BRC)," yes?
Anyway, I'm only training for sprint distance (so far), and I'm really enjoying "gym bricks" where you go from a standard stationary bike to a run on the treadmill. I have a troublesome knee, and this allows for an hour plus workout with reduced joint impact (while still being impactful, if you know what I mean). S'good!
