Music Theory (The Basics of the Challenge)

Each week there will be a theme (usually centered around a specific genre).
The winner(s) each week will get to help choose the next week's theme and have input on the challenges etc. The specifics of this will change depending on the week.
As of now the challenge is individual, but if we have enough participation maybe we can make it a team challenge if the members decide to go that route.
Every week there will be 3 challenges. Usually two will be fitness related and the other one is going to be nutrition related or revolve around another aspect of good health (hydration, sleep, stress relief, etc).
When you complete a challenge you will earn points. You'll also earn points for participation in optional group posts. Finally you'll earn points for things like tracking and exercise.
