If you track a workout through Fitbit (surge is my model) can you sync it to MFP? I know a workout on MFP goes to Fitbit but I use the workout feature on my Surge.

    No.

    Workouts don't sync to MFP, only the daily calorie burn up to point of sync, which is done when it's 100 higher than prior sync amount.

    So the Fitbit adjustments that MFP makes in Exercise Diary are daily life being more active than you set on MFP, and/or workouts.
