Its been awhile since I've been on here. I'm working my way back into a routine of living healthy and rocking it! I kind of got down in the dumps from stress of my family problems to finding work. Food became my comfort zone (junk food). Food was my go to. 
But not any more! I'm choosing to live freely and take better care of myself.
