Do the blogs that I post normally get seen by you? I have been posting daily, keeping on track, below my calorie goal, and exercising greater than 120 min per day. I don't know if I have to post here on this site or if any blog I send out gets to you as well.
Please let me know as I really want to be in this challenge.
I have also been watching Embarrassing Bodies, The Biggest Loser USA, and the Diabetic Ward. All of them have great topics.
I noticed that the 800 calorie shake group and the 1600 calories eating group 40/30/30 did about the same. I am doing the 2nd with calorie counting and am so grateful to have found Myfitnesspal as it helps me keep track of my calories and my exercises. Although I did keep track for 5 weeks on Team Beachbody but they don't let you know how many calories you burn per day as myfitnesspal does. But they do tell you what exercise to do as I am doing Rockin' Body and occassionally add Turbo Jam. I also walk my dog for 2 hr and 40 min per day. So doing the exercise of 20 min is like nothing for me as I have been doing it for the 2 1/2 years that I have had her. We have no garden so she we have to walk or bike ride with her for her to get the exercise and toilet time. I hope all of you are doing as well as I am. I will weigh in again on Thursday to see how I am doing and let you all know. I do weigh daily as well but feel that once a week posting is adequate. Keep up the good work all of you. Can't wait to see how all of you are doing.
