Once again, @craigo3154 and I are not your parents. We are not keeping track of whether or not you clean your room or whether you will make it to the Winner's Circle. You need to stand up and proudly include in your daily report, if you are going to be a May Winner's Circle Member.

Work day today. Wife seemed a little better, but still calling twice a day to check up on how she is going.
Tried some one-arm push-ups today. Managed 5 each arm, but technique could be improved.
Tired now and need sleep.

@craigo3154 - Glad to hear your wife is getting better...x Great work on the pushups, I have no upper body strength at all, and push ups are are the one thing I just can't do.
To add from yesterday's post, more about the Purple Poppy...
Sooo, today as been a busy one. Just under 15 miles, a combination of walking (doggie too) and jogging both this morning and again this evening.
Shattered, but feeling good, lol.
Calories are very low today though, so gonna grab an extra bite to eat to make it up a bit.

Exercise- yes! And really proud of myself for getting it done. I reset my alarm this morning to sleep an extra 90 mins because I was so tired. Up super late because my mom was not feeling well. Came home after a very busy day and got in a Pilates session while dinner was in the over.

Out of curiosity I totaled up my exercise minutes this month and it is 17hrs 40 mins. Happy with that considering in January is was 54 mins!
My mom has always loved red poppies and her father fought in WWI. A few years ago, we were able to purchase her one of the ceramic poppies that were part of the display at the Tower of London.4 -
@trixsey1 Thank you for sharing the more detailed information relating to the colors of poppies relating to yesterday's post.
Exercise? Yes, 75 minute walk with DH...mostly level terrain with one small hill
Calories? Decidedly under by a large margin...had to make up for yesterday when I made a pig of myself!

My report:
I am continuing to recover. Based on past experience, I will not be able to do a hard workout for another week. I have no restrictions on walking and other low exertion exercises.
Calories: below by 300+

We spent the day at a pool in one of the downtown hotels today. So much fun.
