    @RangerRickL I’m sorry you’re sick & not able to be up & about.

    I wonder if we should have a Sick Pass on top of the three day Pass system. I’m new to the group, so I’m sure you’ve all thought of this before, and there are probably reasons not to do it. I just know we’re supposed to rest when sick. Perhaps the Sick Pass just applies to the Exercise?

    53 minutes walking & felt so good did a little (very little) light jogging - left Achilles mildly not happy ATM, but it sure was fun!
