@w8goal4life - I don't usually but after a long winter here in the UK and not really being able to get out much, I'm making the most of what sunshine we may have!

So another busy day here, clocked up 14 miles / 34,934 steps.
Walked through some lovely countryside. Lots of lambs, ducklings and goslings to see today.
Had my run this morning, just over 3 miles (knee is getting better) and a 2 hour bike ride this evening to end my day with.

@triksey1 know what you mean about the winter here in UK, where abouts are you? We are in sunny Norfolk
Exercise yes, bit of a Mish mash today, 10 min quigong, 17 min strength training which I am really enjoying and starting to feel the results, 26 min yoga, 25 min walking, 20 min gardening

Work has gotten in the way of my ability to eat well and exercise. I worked almost 55 hours last week and with the stress, I ate poorly. I used up my last pass for sure, but I will still do my best to make the rest of this month great!2

Stepping it up a little more again this week in intensity and rigor. This challenge has helped me so much in staying motivated!

Yes x 3 on a beautiful sunny day. Did my workout on the deck outside even though I had to drag out my mat and weights and all. Then horse barn chores and a great long walk in the woods enjoying the air and flowers of spring.3

Pass again. Having floors installed Thursday and we are moving all of the furniture from all 3 bedrooms out so the carpet can be laid. We will be staying at my parents for a couple of days so not sure how calories will end up since I'm not the one cooking. Once we are back home, things will get better and I can get back in track.1
