Exercise: yes, danced in the living room with my husband and kids for over an hour. We played music videos from the 90's and had a blast. I love dancing and it brings back memories to my 16 years of dance lessons.

Calories: no, we went to our local airport when my son got out of school to look at a rescue helicopter, and two hurricane planes. It was open to the public. By the time we left, it was too late to cook and we were all starving so take out it was and I went over. The calories burned by dancing helped but still over.

    Tracked: yes everything

Pass day #2 but I don't plan on taking another if I can help it.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Three mile walk
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

Today is expected to be 104. I need to dust off my aluminium water bottle and start carrying it with me everywhere I go.

That is blistering. Staying hydrated in those temps is crucial.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes! I did “Upper Body Development and Stamina” which included the most difficult push-ups in the world. You lower your body completely to the ground from a push-up position, lift your hands at the bottom, and then push yourself back up to the top of the push-up position. Wow!
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Sadly, no. I was starving by the time I got home from work, and my boyfriend didn’t get back from his walk with our dog until 7pm. We planned on making a healthier shepherds pie, but when we looked up cooking times, we realized we wouldn’t be eating until almost 9pm at night. We ordered take out from a local tavern which only took 15 minutes.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes, to the best that I could.

This is Pass #2 and I’m so sad to be using it. I was hoping Mother’s Day would be my first Pass, but looks like I’m going to have to try and push through!

What's today? I am a little out of whack.
    May 8

Strike 3 for winners circle. I ain't never made winners circle.
    Bad tracking
    Bad budgeting
out of bounds eating and drinking.

But I got exercise riding up the little hill to school.
Had lunch with Buddy. Why is that the high point of my life?
For recess we went out and sat in the sand by the monkey bars.
Nice little shady place with a pole for me to sit by and lean on.
A little ways away from us a couple of gym classes were playing kickball.
    Remember kickball?
My second childhood, I wanted to jump in on that game.
Principal stopped by. She likes us. Hey what's not to like?
Couple of first grade boys stopped by right about the same time.
I got acquainted with those little guys a while ago. They got Autism but we kind of pushed them through the socialization aspect of that malady. So they are the kind of guys that look for their friends and say hi. Principal is seriously impressed.
Their malady now looks mostly like learning impediment like dyslexia or something.
Those guys, I always say their name when I see them.
They always come up to me when I am out with Buddy.
Ain't nothing wrong with that I say.

I am thinking about putting a link to a vid clip of me and Buddy playing.
