Shaking things up? May 2018 support?

Hello?
Having a tough time like I am? I had to really force myself today to get up and walk. Usually I feel a bit better about 20-30 mins into it, but not this week. Also feeling blue in general. I would love to connect with some people who really want to be consistent with staying active even though we have to work thru pain levels and emotional highs and lows, as well.
Maybe we could get a May challenge/support chain going? Accountability partner(s) or teams to help one another stay active, mobile, stretch, physical therapy, meditate, vent, sing, brag..anything?
Message me and/or add me if interested. I forget to check these group threads, but I will make sure to!

I’m currently trying to do some exercise every day, it’s so difficult especially as I find walking really painful. There’s an exercise challenge thread on the Fitness with Fribromyalgia group which I’m trying to keep up with, willing to tag along here as well.1

Are you using treadmill or walking outside? Treadmill is easier for me.0

Walking outside, I don’t have access to a treadmill. I do have an exercise bike which I’ve started using again and that seems to cause less pain than walking so I’m trying to use that and walk once or twice a week.1
