Goal-setting is much more manageable when there are incentives to look forward to, but how often are physical activity and healthy eating rewarded with not so healthy treats? During this challenge, skip the sweet treat rewards and find other ways to celebrate your achievements.

Luckily, a reward does not have to be a food item, but rather can be anything you enjoy doing, especially if it will motivate you to achieve your goals each week. Take a moment to think of activities that make you happy but are not able to fit into your normal schedule. These can be used as rewards or on special occasions - like when you finish the Spring Into Wellness Challenge!

Keeping a list of incentives that make you happy is a great way to stay motivated without giving into temptation of food-related rewards. Below are a few examples of ways you can celebrate your accomplishments!
