Hey guys, glad to be back. Hoping to get super serious. Hubby and I are ready to start trying again after our miscarriage in December. I've started metformin to help with my PCOS and have to take monthly progesterone shots. Ideally I would love to be at least around 260 before I get pregnant but if it happens it happens.3 -

I guess that I need to drink a lot of water since 2 days ago I was 3 lbs less....then I ate some chips, dip, and a sub sandwich and POOF I feel like a super slug from all the water retention0 -

It shifts at last! Looking forward to ending the month in the 280s for the first time this year even if I do not meet my initial goal.
Well done Malia and Melinda, great work! And good shout on the water I've been so busy some days it gets to evening and I realise I've only had one glass. Must remember to drink more!

Hello everyone. I hope you all are well and kicking butt. I finally made it into the office of a specialist ob. He is very hands on with PCOS, which is suspected to have caused my last two miscarriages (4-1-17 & 12-18-17). He suggested a very strict low carb diet. My neighbor and I have decided to use the Keto guidelines. So, here's to kicking butt. I really need to get motivated. ♥

Hello everyone. Hubby and I started the keto diet last Tuesday as a recommendation from my Ob. I feel great! Less carbs is giving me more energy. I do have cravings for breads, pasta, and chocolate, but I'm doing okay. Let's see how much I can lose by Thursday.0 -

Forgot to post this yesterday with everything that I had to do. I couldn't believe that I squeaked it by so close. 10 lbs seems to be the magic number for a while. Looks like everyone else is doing really good too. Everyone is down or getting a doctor approved program in place. Keep it up everyone!1 -

I am in shock I managed to meet my goal weight for the month. I think this is a first for me. I’m not sure what to put as a goal next month. I plan to up my exercise and I think that will temporarily make me gain weight. I guess keto might be the key for me. Yay.
