Good to see that I'm not the only one who forgets what day it is.
Congrats on the closing Skip. Soon you'll be in new place.
I usually do tomatoes, eggplant, jalapenos, pablanos, squash and zucchini, cucumbers, curly kale, potatoes, and a variety of herbs. Mostly stuff that we enjoy grilling and putting in our salads. I did not get to start conditioning process last night...got home late and just wanted to settle in.
Mary, can't wait to see how your garden grows.
Street bikes are cool...but are a bit dangerous. I know too many guys that got hurt pretty badly and one that died because a car pulled in front of them. I would rather a dirt bike.
Lisa and Steph look like they had a ton of fun.
Sam and Dennis, please try and cheer Skip up.

I agree, after seeing guy spread out on expressway last week; there is no respect for folks on bikes anymore.
55/32; fifty-five days till retirement, having to work thirty-two of those days- of course I'm not counting.

Feeling human again! Perhaps no more stress of selling! Love the pics from our MI hostess with the hostess and our Omaha'n! Ya'll looked like you had a great time. Now its the mens turn to impress with some great photos! Looking forward to my chauffeured ride from the Airport by two of Georgia's finest tomorrow.
Long day ahead, closing out some projects - but looking forward to a few days of R&R this long weekend!

Loved the pics, Lisa and Steph.
Going to be 73 and sunny here in Tumwater. Planned to go for my first hike of the year, today. But I was awake most of the night - insomnia, again. I think I'll just take a really long walk. DW wants me to take her to the garden store to buy a couple pumpkin plants, anyway; one for each grandchild.
DDIL picked up the kids yesterday afternoon. It seems so quiet - and neat - in the house, now.
Jealous of the meet-ups you all have. Bob and I should find a way to meet, since we are isolated here in the Northwest.0 -

Glad for the meet up in Michigan, and the planned meet up with the guys to come are happening! So Fun!
So... I had a very serious allergic reaction to a new Rx I was taking for a minor UTI, from Bactrim . Thankfully I only had two doses in me. Im okay now, but it could've been really bad from what I was reading, had I continued use, the serious allergic reactions for some folks on this stuff is crazy, yikes. It gave me a couple of hives on each palm of my hands, then I awoke up scratching during my sleep at 3am Tues to see it turn into 2nd degree burns/serious blisters on my left hand. I immediately took benedryl and another otc my doc suggested. But wow, talk about scary. The skin burn is pretty bad, but better today. I'll will watch it close and keep it clean. I'd show you all a photo but its nasty. The pharmacist freaked out when I showed him, he had never seen such.
On a better note, its hump day!
SO raked the existing lawn last night til dark - lots of thatch. The new grass is just looking ok at best, some really bare in spots, re-seeding is going to be a must. Sod would've been nice.
Skip, best get your new lawn some watering, do you have automatic sprinkler systems?
Love that Sam has the count down going!
Sounds like Lee's garden is going to be great!
Dennis has a beard and Lou got cake, Steve is almost on vacation and Dave is hopefully going to get a nap in!
