Week 3Starts now and runs through Saturday May 12th at midnight
All points must be updated by Noon on Sunday, May 13th
Week #3's Billboard Charts (Rankings) will be posted on Monday the 14th

Challenge One: Just Have Fun! 8 points
Choose 1 option:

Option 3: Do you own workout to a musical or soundtrack theme.
Needs to be at least 15 minutes and you need to post what you did
Challenge #3 Non Fitness Challenge
Select a nutrition themed goal that you could potentially meet for the 6 days. You can pick anything (within reason) but remember it is a CHALLENGE so pick something that challenges you. Post what you are choosing *must post your goal for points to count*
Examples:
1. I will eat at least two servings of fruits/veggies daily.
2. I will not drink carbonated drinks.
3. I will eat less than 50g of carbs a day
4. I will not eat candy
5. I will eat at least ___g of protein a day
1 point for every day that you meet the daily goal!
In addition to the challenges you'll get
1 points for every day you get at least 30 minutes of exercise
2 points for every day you get over 30 minutes of exercise
2 points for every day you track your calories
Bonus points:
5 points if you get over 6 hours of exercise
5 points if you track at least 6 days and stay under your caloric goals
Optional 2 pts per challenge
Complete any of the alternative challenges and post which one(s) you completed on this thread

For Challenge #3 I am sticking with 64 oz of water a day. I really stuggle to drink water (I will drink anything else first)0

Good morning!
Challenge #1 Did “Can’t stop the Feeling”.
Challenge #2 Full body workout (I ended up subscribing to his channel-loved this)
Challenge #3 I failed my goal on the 1st day, I was trying to limit my sodium since I tend to run high. I have had 2-3 Alka Setlzers each day which puts me over my goal. Will try to do better.
