    Well. I show up after closing. My painter already started. Despite giving them all the codes; swatches; and a detailed map of every wall - I walked in to TWO walls being painted blue (instead of rice brown). Ugh! Apparently the paint store mixed the code #'s by one digit. The foreman was upstairs and didn't notice the snafu until the dining and sitting room were done! Ugh!

    THIS IS WHY I WISH I KNEW A PAINTER WHO TRAVELED :smiley:

    Congrats on closing...sorry about paint snafu. I swear, people just tend to let computers make all the decisions these days. Obviously no one double checked the codes to the colors.
