Good session on the mat tonight and looking forward to open mat all three days of the weekend! Got to work some take downs to get comfortable for next weekend! Just over a week until comp, but ankle coping pretty well.3 -

Exercised - Did 1 hour of sparring, we were only 2 people on the mat today for some reason so we just did 10 minutes of trap sparring and then 50 minutes of submission wrestling sparring. Luckily we are both close in weight and skill level.
Calories - 447 calories under
Tracked - Tracked everything. Actually got my protein in even if i ate 1200 calories of pastries today XD
Whent on a shopping spree today and got me some new training gear and a scale. I have previously used the one at the gym but now that im closing in on competition i gotta make sure i keep my weight in check. What sucks though is that i bought a new jockstrap today and it broke on the first training while i was doing an armbar and scared the crap out of me. It sounded just like his arm snapped when the jockstrap cracked...4 -

Exercise: today was the first day to restart my Every Minute on the Minute rope skips. Did ok, but not as well as mid-spring. I'll work my way back up to 1000 skips in 10 minutes. I did 740 today.3 -

2.5 mile dog walk this morning and AquaZumba tonight. I have logged 11 workouts at the gym this month so it's working out, all I need to do, is be consistent.
I have a little casio calculator that is solar powered and fits in the palm of your hand. I use it every now and then when I'm doing something on my phone and can't access the calculator app. I've just worked out it's around 25 years old. How cool is that!1 -
