    got qualifying exercise.
    Rode to the bike shop. Took the long way home. Kind of warm out.

    Still basking in the memory of my camping trip. I might go back there on Monday.

    I put this picture remembering that I got kind of lost. The trail turns kind of feral here. There is not really a path. So this is the way I was supposed to go but I convinced myself that I missed the turn a few hundred yards back. So I went back and went the wrong way.
    But that is alright when you think about it. If you are in a place where you can get lost on a mountain bike, then that is kind of an alright place.
    I am going to try and contrive a minimalist camping kit and camp right here.

    Pass Day #1
    Over calories, tracked all (2716 calories), exercises 35 mins & over 5700 steps.

    Perfect storm of too little sleep, delayed dr appt (over 2 hours) that threw eating out of whack (had brought healthy snacks but not lunch as we thought we’d eat back home)...and a new phone needing restoring from back up.

    Planning to get some swimming in this weekend to vary up the exercise a bit. But at least I am walking a lot more! :smile:

    Pass day 4. I'm in a conference all week, and it's thrown my game off. Something about it makes me feel desperate and I grab a cookie or something and go over my calories. I feel bad about reporting this to UAC, but then there are all these beautiful quotes today, and I feel a little better. I don't know how motivated I'll be to stick with it the rest of the month. I guess I'll play it by ear. Today is the last day of the conference.
