    I got up early to get out on the farm before it got too hot. It was 70% humidity and 83 at 7:30 a.m. Whew! I ran and walked in the sand with a horse (30 minutes) and then rode for 30 minutes. I really like this horse. He is retired from a working cattle ranch. He is very friendly and has a great attitude. My granddaughter, Lucy, will be staying with us all this week. She loves this horse that she calls Charlie.

    Calories: under my limit.

    Snake Park is basically a ZOO that only has reptiles. The complex I work at includes the snake park, animatronic dinosaurs, a museum and an aquarium/oceanaruim. I often help with seals so basically I spend my day playing with snakes, spiders and seals!

    Pass day 2

    Woke up with a muscle spasm in my left calf (probably caused by compensating for the torn ankle ligament on the right). Hobbled around all day and ate too much food. Took mom out for late mothers day sushi! Didn't log much.
