PASS - CAMPING WEEKEND!
Exercise: Yes - Did a tough 6-mile hike over 4.5 hours. I was exhausted after & still sore today, but it felt fantastic!
Calories: Nope, over by a few hundred again. I had planned on this being a pass day since the beginning of the challenge, so I just let myself enjoy all the great camp food that my friends and I prepared.
Tracked: Yes, again, had to go back in and add some things after the fact, but it's all recorded.0 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Not sure, graduation party for a friend's child. Too many foreign food. Not sure of the calorie contents.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? No, no time to track. But I tried to make some good choices.
