    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. I exercised for 34 minutes - an 18 minute walk and a 16 minute run
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes. Thanks to my run, I have 215 calories left over

    First mistake shopping today bought large chocolate bar (thought I could eat half) second mistake large bag of pretzels (though I could eat a few did not happen).

    On a brighter note,I have been exercising with regularity and really feeling a difference.

    Exercise- oh yeah! Lots of walking and lots of dancing plus a 30 min Pilates session before we went out
    Tracking - nope - we went to a beer tasting to celebrate our anniversary. I sampled what I wanted and tried to make good food choices.

    Hi everyone!

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes! I ran for 20 minutes at 6.0 on the treadmill, did 2 sets/12 reps per set of 90 pound squats, 2 sets/12 reps of 10 pound shoulder raises, and 2 sets/12 reps of 40 pound rows.
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes! I was 4 calories under budget.
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes!

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes - 1 hour of yoga plus moving furniture & boxes for a yard sale
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes - had to do the extra exercise to get there, but I did it!
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes. Ended up going to Applebee's where I chose lowish-calorie entree & sides

    I had a very good Saturday. Went for a morning walk and stayed well within the calorie goal.
