Morning. Been up since 4:30, tossing and turning since 3:30. Might have been the cup of tea I had late yesterday.

Finally hiking today with DD and 5 y.o. Lucy. Should be fun.

    Good Morning,
    Having a problem with feet and legs swelling, getting where it's hard to walk;
Yoga class was torture, thankfully small class due to predicted heavy rains.
Today is my Friday, long weekend,
    40/24
    Enjoy the Day,
    Sam I am

    Mornin' gents.

Sam, does laying down with legs and feet elevated help? I know you are on multiple meds...hope you don't need to take a trip to the emergency room.

Funny that y'all ate that Alaskan porcupine, Bob. Too bad it wasn't a good food experience. I have heard that it is generally pretty tasty. I wonder if its poor flavor had something to do with what it was foraging on. Deer meat is a lot like that.

Also, I have never heard of using vinegar or mustard to fight off cramps. Cool.

I remember silly putty. We used to pull the images off the colored Sunday paper funnies and then have fun distorting the images. I wonder if that helped strengthen our grips?

    Be OP ;-)

Somebody here asked me if you have to freeze the dried meals I make. Most of them, no, but I do anyway in case I don't use them quickly. Most meals from a food dehydrator should last several months on the shelf. I do keep them in the freezer as a precaution until I'm packing for the camping trip. Once in a while I find something in the back of the freezer from two years ago... that I toss.

    Good Morning!

Freeze dried food sounds better than the boxes that I've been eating for lunch. I'm sick of those boxes, and looking for something better, yet easy on a busy morning.

Dentist today to replace a filling in a tooth that has cracked. I can't wait! Oh the joy in my heart -- NOT!!!!

Otherwise, things are busy, but going well.

    Have a great day!

Sounds as someone is getting a crown,
Thanks for info Mike, my caffeine has been limited to one cup of coffee a day and no tea or sodas.
Yes, Lee, I've been told I need to see cardiologist, DW trying to get me an appointment; mine retired in January.

    Good morning gentlemen.

Had a fun, though long, drive with DW, yesterday. Looped all the way around the Olympic Penninsula - 360 miles. Lots of short stops along the way, so we started at 8:30 a.m. and got home at 7:30 p.m.

Hope you can see the doc soon, Sam.

Took my Silly Putty with me and worked my exercizes while waiy=tingin a construction zone. That was along Lake Crescent in Olympic National Park. Scenic as all get out, so the wait wasn't a problem, anyway.

Good luck at the dentist, Steve.

    Good Morning!

Sam, I hope they get it resolved quickly. Kudos for going to yoga anyway.
Steve, my journey to my implant started with a replacement filling and a crack. Good Luck!
PT yesterday was a bit tough as we stepped it up. Later on, I walked for 18 minutes and my knee struck back and swelled up as the day went on. Iced it while watching basketball, which helped a bit. Today I will be icing some more on my back with my legs on my PT pillow and taking it easy. Time to get a referral to the Ortho to get his 2 cents. Liquid diet day for tomorrows colonoscopy. Jello, coffee & water...still better than freeze dried.
