Oh my gosh - have you guys noticed that groceries in this area are outrageously expensive this summer? I am spending nearly $200/week to feed my family of 4, whereas last year, I was able to keep my bill around $125. Needless to say, my salary has not increased enough to cover that difference :-( Our eating habits haven't really changed - the kids are each a year older, but it's not like they're little eating machines or anything.

I haven't noticed a big difference but I that's from not paying attention lol. I do most of my shopping at Trader Joe's & think most of their prices are the same but I do feel like produce at the farmers markets has gotten pricey. I thought shopping local would be cheaper but that does not seem to always be the case lately.
