What do you use to track?

I see varying numbers for activity posted here in MyFitnessPal for similar time walking at the same pace.
It makes me wonder what you guys are using to track.
I use the AppleWatch and an iPhone and my numbers always seen to be lower than others.

I use MFP....but I under track my activity because MFP credits activity with too many calories burned.0

WW app. I use MFP when I'm dual tracking WW program changes or trying to go deeper on why I'm slacking when that comes up from time to time.0
