Restating Question - what do you use the track workouts?

Let me try this again.
What device or fitness tracker do you use to track your steps, work out, and other exercise.
Are use my Apple Watch to track steps and aerobic workouts but it appears that for the same time and level others are getting more calorie credits.

    I let WW do what it want with the feeds from my Garmin. The Garmin also counts calories burned, but it's not particularly accurate without the strap. So, I just get a daily total that I don't do much with.

    I use a Fitbit Charge 2 and the associated app. It also links to the WW app. Getting lots of steps in this week.

    Mywork iPhone tracks my steps during the week. On non office days I strive for 20000 I use map my ride for bike rides. Do t always turn it on though.

    I rarely eat AP's unless I need to fuel a super long ride.
