I have looked through some of the discussions and it doesn't look like there are many people still in this group. I am looking for a few buddies to support and get support from as I start my journey. I am trying keto this time and was looking for anyone who has been on that journey. Anyone out there?

Yes, I am doing keto. Started April 1 and have dropped 25 pounds and many, many inches. I am enjoying it!0
