- Successful week at GA Boys State. Everything ran smoothly.
- Off to church, sitting in a pew. No A/V work for me today.

Late start here; stayed up way too late to watch Capitals! Woot...... Up/down most of night with Mr. Cooper (not feeling well).

Good morning BBB crew.
I am pretty ignorant on the hockey front. We'll have a team in Seattle in a couple years; I'll need to educate myself. We were in Vegas for Game 2 of the Cup playoffs. The people there have gone crazy for the Golden Knights. The Statue of Liberty in front of the New York New York hotel and Casino is wearing a gigantic Golden Knights jersey. Everyone you meet - desk clerks, servers, dealers ... was talking about their team. That sort of regional bonding and enthusiasm is one of the great things about sports.
Our DS turns 30 this week and DDIL has planned a weeklong celebration: a trip around the world with family and friends. We're up tonight; taking him to a Greek restaurant for supper.0 -

Great housewarming party at Ds2s and dgfs last night. They did a great job hosting! So nice to see her friends and his friends meet and our families blending in great together. Makes me smile. I bet she's the one for him! Yay! If he's happy, I'm happy! Although I'm no meddling future dmil so I'll keep any Wedding Bell ideas to myself.
More edging work for Tom today and gardening for me. Need to get some gas and a car wash for the first time in the new Ford, too.

Morning BBB
Nieces graduation party was a success even if her mom overdid the food and has so so many leftovers.
Today hoping to get in a bike ride and maybe start laundry. Not traveling this week so might just do it between conf. calls on monday.
I found out on Friday that my boss, who I love working for, is getting reassigned. Not sure how this will play out for me as he created my position out of his discretionary budget to keep me on after the bankruptcy. VanLife might be sooner than planned.0 -

T+2; Beautiful wedding Lisa, hope you now have a chance to get some R & R, even young folks like you and Jim need rest.
No matter how good a trip is or beds away from home; nothing feels as good as ones own bed. Oh and when one has extra cash in pocket they tend to sleep better.
Steph, I'm a firm believer that events through life generally work out to our good even though though we do not realize it at the time. If one looks back years in life they will see how blessings and hardships have molded their life.
Congrats to those who have gotten new toys and vehicles.
Continues HOT & HUMID, hopefully after today we will have a few days without rain; don't want to say too harsh cone July may be begging for rain.
Feeling much better, fever has broken; bit by tick Saturday a week ago, still have a rash and bad wound but hopeful will be able to work tomorrow.
