In the weekly Warrior Mini-Goal Challenge focus on your "short term goals"

Focusing on one week at a time, when the big picture seems too overwhelming. Small changes can bring on big results!!

Choose one or more things you want to work on for just this week. Don't set it too high or unreachable!!

Please, make sure your week works for you. Sun to Sat or Mon to Sun, whatever is YOUR week!

You can reach your main goal if you break it into small actionable steps. It could be as easy as 1-2-3!

1) Choose something you know you can do easily.

2) Add more difficult tasks to your plan.

3) These small steps will get you started, motivated & help build routine for long term success!!

Anyone interested in joining us for another week, or a first week, or a get back on track week?

Check in often, have a great week and do the best you can! :)

    MOTIVATIONAL QUOTES
Which one is your favorite? Or do you have a favorite of your own? Please share  The 1st one is my favorite because weight loss and maintaining a healthy lifestyle begins in our head (minds) first therefore our greatest battle.

“Our greatest battles are those with our own minds.” Jameson Frank

“You have to set goals that are almost out of reach. If you set a goal that is attainable without much work or thought, you are stuck with something below your true talent and potential.” Steve Garvey

“Do not count the days. Make the days count.” Muhammad Ali

HI Molly- good start to your week. How is it going? It is really quiet here this week.

I tried to check in yesterday but lost my post. It was very frustrating.
My week was weird. I as sick on Monday and Tuesday and that has effected my goals but I will continue trying. After raising my goals I have struggled to get above 5000 but I will continue to work on it.

Cjascto and clicketykeys- hope you are having a good week. We can do this. Have a great weekend everyone!

    Hello Paulette!!

    Happy Friday!

Glad you are feeling better today. Don't you hate it when you push your goals up and then you have a setback. And that is all it is. Keep on pushing, tomorrow is a new day!

My week has been super crazy for sure! But I have still been doing good food wise. Step wise nope  But considering all that has been going on with my Dad and life I will take it.

Today was the 1st day I made it back to WW since May 27th and I lost 5.6 lbs and felt wonderful and the meeting was awesome. Just what I needed too. I was there early enough to read the little flyer they give us before meeting and I got to work on time too. Feeling good. Now the challenge is to do good on weekend with a Friday weigh in. If I can do that I will stick with Fridays as my weigh in day at WW. If not I will go back to Monday because that keeps me good on weekends for sure.

Hi everyone! Disney was fabulous. I didn't go running AT ALL but I did get LOTS of steps in. And I ate. Hoo boy did I eat. Weighed in TEN POUNDS HEAVIER but then dropped four overnight, sooo we'll wait a few days for things to pendulum back and forth a bit. Time to buckle down with my eating and start accurate logging again. However, my week 3 essay is due tonight and I don't have any of it written. YIKES!

    More later, all!

Welcome back!! I am sure of lot of that is water weight! Disney is wonderful. which one did you go to Disney World (FL) or Disney Land (CA). I love Disney Land better --smaller and weather less humid and more ideal for Molly lol

Happy Monday morning! Last week I did well on getting my veggies and protein, and rotten on calories.

After being off the week before I had about four days of "bad" eating, and that was followed by about four days of digestion issues. Didn't really exercise. Soooo, I'm up a few pounds. Getting back on track, though.

@IsMollyReallyHungry Nice job on the loss!!

@clicketykeys Sounds like you had a great vacay.

@forestrose910 Sorry you were sick last week. I know how it is, to feel like you're ready to move forward with a goal and then have a little step back but you'll get there with the steps. How was the weekend?
