Hey guys I’m dan from Yorkshire been on n off here for years.ive yo yo so much over the last ten yrs it’s ridiculous...I drink too much booze and binge on a night with food.I train so hard but am destroying all my hard work,this is gonna stop.Im tired of starting over...my aim is to get lean and stay lean and healthy...feel free to add me
