Any last minute changes? Anyone else in the Winner's Circle? Anyone suddenly couldn't pass up a bushel of donuts and now you are out??
Let me know as tomorrow, we will not be here....we'll be in August.

Exercised?: No. Walked 3km in hills in 24 mins.
Calories?: Yes
Tracked?: Yes
This makes pass day #3 for the month. (but still in circle). All pass days this month are activity related. My no-activity day still includes 2x40 push ups, 10 chin ups and 90s plank, so not completely sedentary, just not 20 mins worth.
Working in own city, but 90 mins drive from home (120 mins by public transport). Interstate almost has less commute time. Was only just past dawn when leaving for work and past dusk when returning home.
Really dislike driving long distances, cross town, at night in peak hour (stop start traffic most of the way).

Exercised?: Yes. Walked 6km in hills in 42 mins at lunch.
Calories?: Yes
Tracked?: Yes
At same client again today, but managed to go for a decent walk (in the wind) at lunch.
Interstate tomorrow (so early flight).
Daughter home from music camp. She had a good time.
Soap box time:
I pledged to be honest at the start of the month and with schedule it almost put me out of circle this month. I would have been disappointed in myself had I not done enough to maintain my record, but honesty is more important than any other thing you can do.
"Little white lies" or exaggerations start you on a slippery slope from which it is difficult to recover. If I maintain my integrity, I can achieve anything else.
I applaud the most those who continue (in or out of circle). The UAC formed habits help people stay healthy for a lifetime.

Not today for me. My friend bought me Armadillo Poo from her recent trip to Texas and I ate too much of it, but she also got me an official Finding Dory cap!!! It matches my tattoo so well!
Double Jiu Jitsu day. Got there for ladies class this morning and no other ladies were there so I rolled with one of the guys for 30 minutes and then one of the ladies arrived. Coach just left us to play so I got to show her so many fun things. Evening class was awesome! Learnt cool techniques and did some position only rolls with the other blue girls. Loads of fun and there were 10 ladies in the class!!
Best thing is that some of the guys want to roll at 6am tomorrow! I'm an early bird so starting my day with Jiu Jitsu is the best thing ever!!!7 -
@Dory_42 will have to look up Armadillo Poo, surely not... lol
Exercise yes, 10 min quigong, 22 min yoga, 30 min strength training, 90 min cleaning, 50 min walk

Pass # I've lost count
Yes x 1 managed my c25k jog for the day.
Had a long car journey. Have always been bad a eating on long journeys. Deliberately ate before we set off and had food ready at home for our return... Still somehow managed to get a packet of crisps and bag of Maltesers when we stopped for petrol grrrr! I'm so impressed with @craigo3154 for doing so well on travel days!
My one and only winners' circle trophy is from back in August of 2017. The pressure is therefore on to see whether I can make it again this year. My trophy cabinet has a special spot waiting for it! Wish me luck! And I wish all of you good luck. Well done to the July winners and every dayers and my fellow pop in and outers! See you in the other side! xx

Labor Intensive Day - We had 2 trees cut down in our front yard last night.
Exercise? Yes, 4 hours minimum of carrying and stacking wood, piling brush into pick-up and taking to town brush pile, raking leaves and sticks from grass. I'm exhausted and will feel it tomorrow when we have to do it all over, again, for tree # 2! First tree was an ash that was victim to the Emerald Ash Borer. Tomorrow's tree is a pine we had cut for fear of it taking the power lines off the house if it fell during a storm....so tomorrow we'll also be dealing with pine pitch...yuck!
Calories? Yes
Tracked? Yes, it's all logged including my 2 ounces of wine tonight...4 -
A service day - doing tons of things for mother in law and daughter - did not do all the things.3

My second month here - successfully keeping me mindful of every day.
I want to do EVEN BETTER in August.
I had a lot of NSVs this month including dropping sizes in clothes, loosing inches everywhere - more on upper body this month, (last month was my legs shrinking) ... but also, yes, the scales have been kind to me this month but the biggest NSV is I am starting the use other things to measure my success and paying less and less worry to the scales. I AM in the winners circle - and I do feel like a winner this month! haha5 -

Congrats to all in making the winners circle. Not easy as we all know. This is my fourth. Aug, Sept, Oct 2017 and July 2018. Feels good to have made my goal this month. Several obstacles including being away from home the last 2 weeks but that is what makes the victory sweeter.
Aug is a new month with more challenges so glad to be here with all of you. A big ole thanks to all!2 -
