Yesterday, @victorious55 made a very interesting comment..."I'm not in the Winner's Circle this month, but I'm in the Everyday UAC Circle."
I never thought about the idea of celebrating those who sign in everyday as an additional award. I like the idea. What do you team members think about encouraging and rewarding everyday posting?

Exercised?: No.
Calories?: Yes
Tracked?: Yes
Sisters birthday. Early start driving to meet sister pre-lunch, then nice lunch at a winery (only had 1 glass as was driving), then afternoon with family then home just after dark.
Still tracked, just no dedicated activity. (apart from strength work before and after morning shower, but that did not make 20 mins).
Preparing to fly interstate for Monday.
July 23
Exercised?: Yes. 20,000+ steps, airport transfer, +3km at lunch +10km over dinner.
Calories?: Yes
Tracked?: Yes
Busy day. Lots of walking.
Walked with a colleague over lunch. He set the route, I set the pace (he won't be doing that again - and I set a pace of 10min per km, my usual pace is <8mins per km). Was a good walk, but he now realises how fit I really am.
July 24
Exercised?: Yes. 3km over lunch and 5km over dinner.
Calories?: Yes
Tracked?: Yes
Normal day in the Sydney office.
Worked late after dinner with phone conference with Spain and then working on other projects till past midnight.

Another busy day in Sydney.
Not working as late tonight. Have a chance to catch up on things (like MFP).
@RangerRickL. Have been insanely busy, but still keeping up tracking and activity (just forums have been lower on the priority list). Thank goodness MFP makes tracking so easy.
Only 2 pass days so far this month, so still on track for circle.
Have to admit that it is only because of my current fitness, diet and activity that I can maintain the work/travel schedule I have.
I am also studying German, Spanish and Japanese (while working). I am scheduled to be in Madrid for at least 3 weeks in September. Japan in December/January is possible.
I only get time to fly on the weekends and the rest of the weekend time is dedicated to family.
My wife is continuing to do REALLY well. 5kg down in just over a month and blood glucose levels continuing to be low (even in the hypo range some mornings) even with lower insulin doses. She can see that continuing with the food preference choices she has now is likely to, longer term, completely eliminate the symptoms of the type 2 diabetes.
Keys to her success - tracking - high fat, moderate protein, low carbohydrate - overall calorie deficit. Once she has dropped more weight, we may be able to introduce some regular activity. But one miracle at a time is enough.
Now to catch up on some reading (and what the rest of UAC has been up to).

UAC Winner's Circle (for exercise, calorie limits and logging) presently in place
UAC Everyday Circle (for logging in and posting everyday?)
UAC Exercise Circle (for those who exercised daily but didn't necessarily track or stay within calorie goals daily?)
UAC Calorie Circle (for those who stayed withing calorie goal everyday but did not exercise?)
It's an honor system...but my motto is always "keep it simple."4 -

@w8goal4life, I understand your angle of thought. This is what I mean by "I'm in the Everyday UAC Circle"
It means, I did not drop out even with all the challenges that prevented me from meeting the "Winner's Circle" conditions. Staying till the end, keeping it truthful, falling down, getting back up and moving is the key to success. It means visited those 3 components of UAC everyday to evaluate and improve.6 -

It is changes in these 3 components that will help me loose and maintain, that is why I like UAC.3 -
I just love UAC the way it is, 3 things is enough for me to remember, some great ideas though
Exercise yes
Tracking yes
Calories yes, 3 to spare which did make me feel proud3 -
I the Every Day Circle idea! (and it has a better vibe to it than the losers' circle I sometimes refer to!)
Yes x 3 today. Still scorchio here as the heatwave continues. Managed lots of walking and a 20min slow jog.
@craigo3154 fantastic news about your wife's progress. Enjoy Madrid - it's a great place. Would love to go to Japan one day.
Night all xx2 -
^^^ Just realised that would get lost in translation to all you non UK folk (majority of you!) scorchio is a reference from a 90s comedy sketch here.

Exersized?- yes, walking
Caleries?- yes
Logging?-yes3 -
@RangerRickL
I think having both “awards” would further all members’ progress towards practicing & internalizing these three important habits!!
I’m all for that, as I believe that is what will insure all of us losing AND MAINTAINING!!!
Thank you! I am very grateful for you & this UAC Group!!5 -
Exercise: yes walking 60 min
Calories: under
Trackjng: yes4 -
Exercise? Yes...indoor exercise video, some vacuuming and pushing the piano around to ready it for moving to my son's house for our granddaughter. She has taken viola lessons for 7 years and has just shown an interest in the piano, which is now in its new home.
Calories? Within allowance
Tracking? Everything logged
@victorious55 I'm not opposed to an additional award...I simply don't have any objections to the way UAC is presently set up. I enjoy the program, the participants, the shared posts, NSV's etc. I'm not always on board because of travel, but it's always great to come "home to UAC" for accountability. @RangerRickL is much appreciated for leading this group of members who are all working toward or trying to maintain healthy habits. It doesn't get any better than this. I am privileged to be among all of you!

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Yes.. 15 min. Hiit n 65 min Cardio
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
I am motivated to finish strong this month. I like doing that in the last week.
As for awards, I'm open minded for whatever is best for the group. For myself I like to be challenged and I will continue to strive for the harder goal.4 -
Well I'm in the procrastinators' circle today. I let the ridiculous humidity get to me (glasses fog up when you leave an air conditioned store - weird echo of winter only backwards), and I had second breakfast (in an air conditioned cafe) and used fullness as an excuse not to exercise. I tracked it all, at least!4

Another very good day. 15 days in a row with decline in true weight, by far the best trend I have had since starting this journey to fitness and fat loss.
The good news is 20,240 steps today, over 10 miles!
Calories were under with no using of exercise calories, but lots of extra exercise.
All logged.
I think recognition and celabration of daily logging is an excellent idea as a supplement to every day success at the triple gold standard. Keeps every one coming back and thinking about next month.
I am thinking about next month now and looking forward to the circle.

Had an amazing day. Got my new running shoes and it felt like great. I did almost 5000 more steps today and was active 70 minutes. New best for me. I think that every day has it's own rewards and i also feel strongly that having a bad day is just that, a day.
I like the support here in this group and I like the feeling of connection. Whatever the group decides works for me. Anything that encourages and celebrates the positive is ok by me
3 yes for today5 -

@RangerRick and @Victorious55,I love the every day circle idea! I think there's room for two circles at the end.
-UAC Winner's Circle (for exercise, calorie limits and logging)
-UAC Everyday Circle (for posting everyday)
But I'm happy with whatever the group decides. I don't want RangerRick to have to do more work.
Yes x3, I'm still back on track. Walked dog twice, and a tango class.4 -
Yes 3x. 1 mile walk.4
