This is most members favorite day!
Please share something positive that you are experiencing that is happening because of your good choices.
Yesterday, I was able to ride a horse through prairie and woodland trails. After I returned, I took a lunch break and then enjoyed mowing our farm fields by tractor. I had a delightful day for a senior citizen.

16th July
Exercice : Yes, 90 minutes brisk walk. Much cooler today, which helped.
Calories : Yes, stayed under.
Logged it all: Yes.
Not sure yet what positive things I can post. It's all a bit of a struggle at the moment, with hubby's state of health, but I'm sure that without the MFP discipline and support I would have hit the bottle and the comfort food and wallowed in self-pity. Instead I'm eating properly, exercising and going to lots of concerts, films and theatre...9 -

NSV Day!!!
So I'm doing the c25k program at the moment (supposed to get non runners from couch to running 5km in 9 weeks). I've just completed week 4 (you "run" 3 times a week) and while it's a very slow jog at the moment on my latest very slow jog I was having to pull my shorts up every 5 seconds as they started slipping down.
Pass today. It was a work work work work work day from waking til bed and while I got some walking in, nothing to really get my heart rate going so I won't count it. Night all!4 -

Yesterday was a very emotional day as I took my eldest to the airport to fly to the other side of the world and start Uni. The departure will form such a happy memory but boy were the tears flowing. Haven't been able to go into his room yet - but it needs tidying up!

NSV day:
I noticed this morning that I wasn't tired or sore at all from spending all day yesterday at Disney. It was so nice to have so much energy and I know it's from exercising and eating healthy. I have gone down in clothes size. I also have gained muscle and lowered body fat! I love that it's all working and that this group exists!

We're back and I'm joining in mid-month...not for winner's circle, of course, but rather for accountability the remainder of the month. We had an absolutely delightful month away in London, at the Osborne House on the Isle of Wight, Norway Fjords Midnight Sun Cruise, followed by five nights in St. Petersburg, Russia.
Yes X 3 today with 20 minutes of Gilad. Starting exercise, again, slowly. I'm convinced we walked/hiked at least 80+ miles in the last month; and I used the elevator on the ship perhaps twice at the most, so did LOTS and LOTS of stairs. Following is a collage of just a few pics from our journey: From top left to right 1) Flor & Fjære botanical garden in Stavanger, Norway 2) View from Mt. Dalsnibba in Geiranger, Norway; followed by bottom left to right 3) Peterhof Palace, St. Petersburg and 4) Tower Bridge, London
My NSV for the month is that I did not gain any weight while on vacation, so will resume my maintenance plan, effective today.6 -
@craigo3154 Couldn't help but think of you when we were in Norway and ran across these men enjoying their sport of soaring:

Took a rather intense hike today with a lovely group of people. It was hard and my knees are complaining a bit, but the views were great. I need to do more - just hopefully on a cooler day!
Then this evening our stallion got some of his favourite exercise with a visiting mare. They'll make a beautiful foal I'm sure!
Welcome back @w8goal4life - thanks for the photos and stories.
NSV - like @RangerRickL I love being able to ride my horses and continue to perform music - if I hadn't gotten in shape and continued along that path, retirement would be way less fun.5 -
NSV: stomach is flatter, clothes are loose
Tracked everything I ate and drank: yes
Stayed within my Calories: yes
Exercised at least 20 minutes: no (only 10)3 -
I am so pleased with your NSVs!!!
Today:
Exercise: 58 minutes of cardio/strength intervals with Emily, an Anytime Fitness trainer. She makes me try exercises that I am sure I will not be able to do...sometimes, I can.

Exercised ✅ - 3 short walks totaling 1.33 miles (30 minutes) and what seemed like hours of deep cleaning (vacuuming pug hair off everything!). 10,761 steps
Calories ✅ - under 1468/1490
Tracked ✅ - tracked everything 💯
NSV - put on a pair of pants today that were uncomfortably tight a few months ago. They slid right on today and were even a little bit loose! I also have tons more energy. When I started the research study I’m in I was only averaging 3,000-4,000 steps a day. Thus far in July I’ve logged more than 8,000 each day.5 -
Nvs: riding on the motorcycle my belly is no longer a back rest for my husband.
Didn't get to check in yesterday but both days are a triple yes for me. Probably had the most active weekend I had in years. Feeling grateful and happy4 -
PASS DAY 2
I just want to get through the last couple of working days (with some energy left to enjoy my holiday and birthday)...4 -
Congratulations on all your NSV’s!!!
Mine: I have a waist (!), increased energy, low blood pressure, more stamina & fitness, smaller shoes (!), fit into some “thin clothes” I never thought I would again, & my favorite: walking & hiking & Pilates are FUN now!! I truly enjoy them!!

Yes for all 3!
It feels good to have your clothes fit better and to have more energy but mostly not to rely of food so much for comfort4 -
Oops, accidentally posted this on wrong day.
Pass day 1
Started out good with my usual and oats for breakfast and egg salad for lunch, then went totally overboard with chips, then french fries, then beer. I worked, but didn't exercise a lick. I feel lousy. But ready to get back on track.
Non-scale victory for me is that I've been lifting weights for two years now, and I'm really strong. For me, that is.3 -
