Pass day 1
Started out good with my usual and oats for breakfast and egg salad for lunch, then went totally overboard with chips, then french fries, then beer. I worked, but didn't exercise a lick. I feel lousy today. But ready to get back on track.1 -
@am_change I wear beautiful comfortable but expensive shoes. When you can stand for hours in heels and people are like OMG. I usually try to fall into a bargain. It's still a lot more than most people would pay for shoes. You only have 1 pair of feet and I don't want to be a cripple some day. I haven't found the perfect kitten heel yet. It's on my list .LOL2
