    Much better day today, thank you yesterday's three huggers (not 'treehuggers!).
    Exercise: Yes, took my bike out to the river again, before it got hot, 30 minutes. Walked as briskly as possible in the evening heat to the cinema and back, 20 minutes. Two birds with one stone! Enjoyed the film too!
    Calories: Yes, stayed well under
    Logged it all.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? YES, a nice walk today to sit outside a park cafe and watch the world go by, reminiscing about yesterday’s Colour Run. :)
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? YES, felt in a nibbly mood but got a drink with ice and chewed on that a while!!!

    I’m with lots of family this week. It’s a challenge to be away from home and trying to eat alongside adult children and grandchildren. Since it’s a vacation, I’m able to do extra walking and swimming.
    Today:
    Tracking: okay
    Calories: under my limit
    Exercise: 45 minutes walking in hills and 90 minutes of swimming

    Exercise: yes. More running (25 min) along side my 5 year old as he learns to ride his bike 🚴‍♂️. What a joyful kind of exercise!

    Exercised - yes! 53 minutes and 2.52 total miles walking around Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon

    Calories - under (I’m allowed a range of 1500-1800 for the research study I’m in)

    Tracked - 💯

    Despite traveling in the car for 8+ hours I still managed to get in 11,198 steps and only ate one meal out. Split a salad and Neapolitan pizza with my daughter for dinner. Everything else I ate were healthy pre-measured snacks. Total win for me!
