    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes- we ate out for lunch and supper but I guesstimated the best I could. I made really good choices today and didn’t drink any beer which was calling my name ;)

    @Dory_42 My current club is very small and during the summers we can be down to 2-4 members during a training pass wich i feel dont give varied enough opponents when Rolling. Also the experience of the coaches are Worlds apart. The gym im thinking of joining is named Allstars and people like Alexander gustaffson(number 1 ranked LHW in ufc) trains there and its the best martial arts gym in Scandinavia.

    Yeah, I see. I train at the club in town where all the pro's train and some of the others even visit from the bigger cities because my coach is so good. How open would the clubs be to you training at both? So some days you train at the big one and others at the small one. You can grow your game and stay loyal at the same time... I know, that won't work if there are any politics like there are between the clubs in our town.

    Did heavy lifting, balance exercises, then an hour on the floor stretching. I was sick for so much of last month. Now I'm healthy and so happy to be back in the gym, and returning to UAC. My goal is to lose two pounds this month, dance 2x a week, and lift 2x a week. And not get sick!

    Did 1 hour of leisurely walking outside (4.5km).

    Tracked all food that I ate.

    Was little over 300 calories under CICO after resisting McDonalds. I literally walked in and out of the place.
