I needed motivation this morning BIG TIME, so I decided to take pics to see if there was any noticeable changes in just 8 days. What do you think?! I've lost 1 lb (gained it retaining water WAITING on TOM to arrive, which is late!) and I've lost 5 inches so far. The 2nd pic is just where I started 2 years ago and a recent pic.

I see a difference in your stomach -flatter, your legs look more muscular, your posture has most definitely improved! Looking good!
I will post mine later tonight, although I've been slacking some due to all that's been going on in my life currently. Hopefully things will start going back to normal here soon.0 -
I've not been doing it daily like I should. It's taken me 11 days to get 8 workouts in. I had great plans to do 5 on 1 off. Yea that's not working. Lmao!! Some days I wish I could do what the people on Extreme Weightloss can do- dedicate 3-4 hours daily to JUST exercise but THAT isn't reality0

Okay guys, I was home at lunch and thought, why not and took a progress photo. And I am SO glad I did!!! It made me wanna shred it up right there on my break hahah.... here we go. I can't see a difference in the mirror each day but I sure can see the difference in this photo. Now I am going to retake them tonight in those same pants to get the full effect but at least its progress and I'm pretty darn happy to know it isn't all for nothing

before on the left after on the right but i cant tell the difference, if anything i think i look bigger in the after.

Yes you can see a difference! I can see less bulge in your arm pit area, Your legs look more muscled specially around the knee area, I can see more definition in your arms right above the elbow and I think they reason you think you look bigger is because we built that muscle beneath the fat first then it just kind eats it away. That's what I have seen in a lot of progress photos, that little bulge...that's abs making there way through hunny! I have it too!0

Here's how I've done so far:
I think I look the same. I certainly don't feel the same though. My pants are fitting looser, and my T-shirts and camisoles I wear under my t-shirts are fitting better as well. My spare tire feels smaller too, but I just don't see the difference In my pictures. I am now on day 3 of Level 2. Its getting better, but let me tell you..... I DO NOT LIKE THE PLANK! My arms are so tired by the time we do the abs at the end, that right now, I hardly get any of it done. I hope it will get better!
Everyone looks great, and I can definitely see the differences in all of you! Keep up the good work!!0 -

I can see a difference! Your rear is smaller and your tummy looks smaller. You can tell your shorts fit better now too! Awesome job!!0 -

i am amazed at the difference in the tone on your bodies in such a short time. WTG ladies!!!! im eager to join you with photos. i took pictures this morning before doing my 2nd work out. once i make it to day 8 or 10 i will post photos too!0

Okay ladies, or guys if they are lurking, today was day 10 of the shred and I didn't do too bad. My control inhaler takes about 2 weeks to be in full effect and I think I'm on day 8 or 9. So soon everything should be hunky dory!
Anyways, measurements!
Start, Finish
Weight 144, 145
Chest 36, 35
Waist 30, 28.5
Hips 37.5, 36
Thigh 23, 21.5
Inches lost -5.5! I gained a pound but my weights just been crazy, one day I'm 141, then 145, then 146, then 143....so 145 was right after my shower before I measured.
And pics!
One with the glasses and the black/white sports bra is before.
And here is about a weeks difference... This one shocked me! I need to stay more consistent with the shred and stop on the breaks. I know I can't do anything about asthma...but still, I need to stay on track.
Well that's all for now. I'm going to do another 10 days of level one with my weekly Sunday walk and see where that gets me.0 -

Here's my pics I cannot see any change but I have lost a little weight and a few inches, Im on day 8 at the moment so I'm not expecting any major changes

i walk between 45 min - 1 hr a day or use the elliptical for 30 minutes. im also eating low calorie and have cut out processed foods.
im on day 9, my pics come on day 10. i dont SEE a difference, but i feel one0 -

As far as doing anything other then the shred I do a lot of house work. I don't sit until usually 10:30-11:00 pm. I'm just a busy body, always have been. However I have an 8-5 desk job so it kinda evens it out I think. I did add in turbo fire on Sundays but that's about it. Of course watching what I eat and drinking tons, TONS of water. I need a bathroom in my office LOL!0 -

I know each of us are watching what we eat and have become a tad wiser about the things we do eat, but as far as I know there's no actual plan we are following. I did see a thread in here about one...so maybe ?0
