Can't disconnect old Fitbit....

I got a Charge 2 today but MFP won't disconnect my old Fitbit. I go to apps and devices, connected, click Fitbit and disconnect but nothing happens. Any ideas? It's a fresh Fitbit account as well.

That's the problem - fresh Fitbit account.
MFP doesn't sync to a device - it syncs to your Fitbit account. Device doesn't matter.
Your Fitbit account syncs to a device.
You need to at least go into your old Fitbit account (you can have 2 device in one account BTW) - and disallow MFP from there, after already done on MFP side.
Confirm your apps are already logged out of and app closed on phone.0
