Not too familiar with the OMNI diet other than I think that it is toted as a "natural"--non-processed food maybe? Does is go in cycles? Is it something that is post op recommended? Sorry I don't understand the specifics so I can't help too much with the actual troubleshooting, but I can say that 1-2lbs a week is fantastic! I'm not seeing a problem for you there. I guess that gremlins was a failed attempt at a funny---EVERYONE has problems if gremlins show up!0

Gremlins are fantasy; mischievous little creatures that wreak havoc and originally sabotaged airplanes. There is also a 1980's Steven Spielberg comedy/horror flick about them and a much earlier Twilight Zone episode.0

Hi guys and welcome aboard Karla! It's been a manic couple weeks getting ready for the opening of my second Etsy shop (which I'm officially announcing tomorrow! woop) plus a surprise weekend away celebrating my 7th wedding anniversary. I wasn't well behaved but I could have been worse. I'm not sure what I'll be at by weigh in on Thursday but I'd probably just be happy if it hasn't gone up! I'm going to have to work hard the rest of the month though now (especially since I'm struggling to use my exercise bike when the flat is 34 degrees (93 fahrenheit) and I struggle with hot weather lol. Here's to a sensible well behaved rest of the week.

AHHH, those I remember - Thanks for the explanation - OMNI has been so successful for me. I want to shout it from the rooftops- Down 18 lbs since 05/31!!!

I own a carpet, tile, and grout cleaning business and we are very busy flipping apartments for all the college kiddies moving back into town right now. It is a full body workout for me all day, everyday for the next 2 weeks. We have overnight jobs for 2 nights this week too. At least it makes the monies!0 -
