OK I miss you guys already and it's only July 2nd! These friendly challenges, and you guys especially, keep me motivated and moving forward. Any ideas for July? Anything at all? Throw them out there, doesn't matter how lame you think they are...
I'm thinking, drink water challenge, or another weight loss challenge, inches lost, exercise minutes? Anything? Bueler?

Anything. I will enthusiastically participate assuming you don't make it something impossible like chin-ups. I rather prefer the challenges where we check in daily as opposed to weekly. It just feels more connected or active somehow, but anything is fine. And I don't need it to be something new. I am totally okay with revisiting a previous challenge.0 -

Ok I think we should do a double challenge. Since everyone is up in the air about it.
First challenge will be a water intake challenge.
Most articles I have seen is 64 oz a day. That usually is 8 cups or 4 water bottles. You need to check in daily with your water counts in oz form.
Second challenge will be an 8 lb weightloss for each person in the group. Please post name date of weigh in CW and day you will weigh in. If you participate please please be active. Thank you for being such a great group.0 -

SW: 316 (I was horrible all last week and I know I have water retention. I’ve been back on track since yesterday so I’ll start with that weigh in)
I drink at least 120oz of water a day, so that piece will be easy for me.
7/2: 132oz
7/3: 120 so far today.
I weigh everyday, so should we post water and weights everyday or just post weigh ins once a week?0 -

I’m joining! I’ll need all the help I can get to stay on track on vacation next week and on a short beach trip at the end of the month. I’m getting closer and closer to 100 pounds lost and want this month to be a good one! I weigh almost every day but will log Sunday’s weight for the challenge.

Today was still super hot and humid here. I went to two aquafit classes and got cooled off. I drank 150.oz of water today. My weigh in is tomorrow! Fingers crossed!0

I’m logging my weight today (a day early) I will be on the road this weekend.

CW: 309.6
Loss: 6.4
A lot if not all of this is water retention because I was not on track last weekend. My personal goal is to be under 300 by the end of July.2 -
