In the weekly Warrior Mini-Goal Challenge focus on your "short term goals"

Focusing on one week at a time, when the big picture seems too overwhelming. Small changes can bring on big results!!

Choose one or more things you want to work on for just this week. Don't set it too high or unreachable!!

Please, make sure your week works for you. Sun to Sat or Mon to Sun, whatever is YOUR week!

You can reach your main goal if you break it into small actionable steps. It could be as easy as 1-2-3!

1) Choose something you know you can do easily.

2) Add more difficult tasks to your plan.

3) These small steps will get you started, motivated & help build routine for long term success!!

Anyone interested in joining us for another week, or a first week, or a get back on track week?

Check in often, have a great week and do the best you can! :)

Off to a good start today. Unfortunately, I'm so out of shape that my morning lower body work out took a lot out of me. I did, however, still get my Monday errands done. I'm looking forward to getting to bed a little early tonight.

@GardenMama129 - I love the all whole food goal. it does make a difference on weight loss the less processed foods you eat for sure. Good job today!

I am really struggling. My Dad had a colonoscopy bag put on Friday :( He was in much better spirits by yesterday. I had a pretty good weekend despite my Dad. I have to get on with my life. I went to theater and saw a good play and yesterday was too awesome. Great spiritual convention. Just what I needed. Had a good visit with my Dad afterwards. He is in hospital right now - recovering from surgery. Today he was finally able to eat soft foods. Enough about that. I see my PCP tomorrow and I will be up about 5 pounds. All I can say it could definitely be worse. I will try to get back on track today.

At least now I am in control. In the old days I would have just kept on eating. Today I weigh every day and I do manage my weight :) I am going to find the positives. I am not making excuses but I am not going to beat myself up either. Vent over lol.

    my goals are the same.

    **Goals week of 7/9/18:**
    1) WW blue dot day* – 0/5
    2) Get in the before midnight or 6 hours of sleep – 0/4
    3) 7000 steps -0/4
    4) 10 min of de-cluttering - 0/1

It was a good day. I got a bit off-track and didn't finish everything I had intended for the day. But I still got a lot done and my kitchen pantry areas are looking pretty amazing tonight. :)

Today, I spent some time in the kitchen prepping veggies and making sure the fridge was organized. I had a number of cabbages so I decided to try another coleslaw recipe. I put the cabbage and a couple of carrots through the food processor. It was amazing how much cabbage/carrots that made. So I decided to make 2 recipes. I've tried to make coleslaw before and just didn't like the taste. It seems so straight forward. So, today I was determined to find the magic. Happy to say that one of the two was a big hit with the family. Finally!
