Just got my Rainbow badge for 700 floors in a day.
700 floors
41,149 steps
531 minutes
6,012 calories
I started off at 25 to 50 floors and increased it until I was in the 300 range, then went for it. I spread this out over the whole day so it was not too bad. It was 19 trips up and down the fire escape at my high rise building.
First day over 4,200 calories too.
Next goal is Olympian Sandals for 100,000 steps. I typically do between 10 and 20k steps, with a couple days over 45k so this will be more of a matter of finding the time and the right route. Again I'll spread it over the day because I think it will take me about 14 hours to do
