Hello ladies!
I'm newly engaged as of May 26, 2018. We just booked out venue for September 28, 2019 and I'm looking for some help with holding myself accountable. I have a major sweet tooth at night which makes it hard to stay on track.
I joined my gym in November 2017 and have been taking boot camp classes which are 6 weeks (I've done this 3 times) before it started getting extremely repetitive and boring. Now that I didn't sign up for another round of boot camp, I find myself losing motivation and feel a little bit of the weight coming back. I'm looking to tone up and be a better eater. I would feel comfortable with my weight if I loved the way I felt. I'll be 27 in a few days so my metabolism has definitely slowed down a LOT. I was that girl in high school who could eat anything and not gain weight. Wishing I could go back in time and love my body then! When I was consistent, I felt AMAZING. It's just so hard getting back into the swing of things after taking a MONTH off from working out.
Does anyone have some tips and tricks for consistency?
Thanks!
Lauren
