Hello everyone!

My name is Lisa. I started my fitness journey and really cracked down in the middle of May. I started with a personal trainer 8 weeks ago from monday. It was honestly the best decision of my life.

Here is a little summary:

5'10"
25 years old
STNA at a nursing home
Respiratory Therapy Student
Animal Lover
Active Zumba Student

May 12th:
Starting weight: 326 pounds
Pants size: 26-28 (depending on brand)
Shirt size: 2x-3x (depending on style)
Dress size: 26

I recently did my fit eval afgter 8 weeks of training with my trainer on Aug 5th

Updated results:

August 5th:

Weight: 296 pounds
Pants size: 24-26 (depending on brand)
Shirt size: XL-2x (depending on style)
Dress size: 24

I lost 30 pounds since may 12th and 16 of those was in the 8 weeks with my trainer! I can see the changes in a before and after picture i am gonna post on my page. I am looking forward to the next 8 weeks! If you want feel free to add me. :)
