Going next weekend to Disney Springs and Animal Kingdom. Have reservations at Tusker House (buffet). Will be able to keep it high protein, low carb; though I may have to splurge on a bite or two of dessert.

    Tusker House was amazing. And the characters just made it even that more enjoyable. I loved the buffet. I admit, i didn't eat all low carb, but not feeling one bit guilty. We had the dinner/show (River of Lights) package. Well worth it.
