I just got it today. I used to have a Fitbit blaze but that was ages ago. How do I use the sleeping and turn on the sleep option on the watch

    There was an update a couple years ago to all sleep tracking models so that it's done automatically. I would assume Versa and Ionic are the same.

    Yes both will automatically track sleep, no need to do anything other than wear it to bed.
