Welcome to the August 2018 Ultimate Accountability Challenge!
Some of you have been with this challenge for months and some are brand new. This is one of the hardest challenges to stay with throughout the entire month. FOCUS, FOCUS, FOCUS!! Log every BLT (Bite, Lick, Taste). Stay strong and true to yourself....YOU WILL SUCCEED!!

Hello! My name is Amanda, I am 35 years old. I am married to my beautiful wife Lisa. i have 2 kids, my son is almost 15 and my daughter is 18. I am also Grandma to a sweet 4 month old boy. i am hoping this is the challenge i need to keep me accountable and get me back on track.5

Hi!! I am Hanna. I am 28, from WA. traveling in SE Asia this year and currently in Malaysia. Traveling and traveling with two preschoolers has made me gain weight. I already had weight from my pregnancies so I need to get focused. I know my weakness is the food quantity and sugar addiction. I am hoping to stay active and keep myself accountable for this challenge4

Joining for August, finally finished the first half of the racing season and got a quiet two months just training, and the odd running-only race.
Glad to be back, I'll try to stick to the saying "you are what you consistently do". Maybe...
Anyway, 32 in Italy, triathlete with a full time job, crazy hours and an insane training schedule.5 -

I’m starting my 5th month in this wonderful UAC group & I have improved my habits each month!!
I’ll add that the first month was the hardest, but then I got “in the flow!”

Hi everybody, welcome newbies (well, I've only done this for June and July, so kinda new myself).
I had slipped off the MFP wagon in AprilMay, so to speak, and this helped me get back into it on a consistent and daily basis from the first day of June. Good luck all.... Basically, just don't give up, and it's one day at a time!3 -

Back for my third month. June was a write off thanks to a torn ankle ligament and July included a 10 day celebration of being on earth for 4 decades, so aiming for that Winners Circle in August.
I spend my day playing with snakes, spiders and seals and my off time trying to choke my friends (through a sport called Brazilian Jiu Jitsu). I live on the beautiful south coast of South Africa and had the best birthday present ever this year with a mini summer in mid-winter. August is the last month of that miserable cold season and I can endure it, knowing that summer is coming!!!!
I am close to goal weight and have actually maintained here for 2 and a half years, but I prefer fighting one weight class down (as I'm currently in the upper division which doesn't have a limit in some competitions) and I hate weight cuts pre-fight so I want to maintain within the division I fight at. Only 5 kgs below my current level so not too far away!!!!3 -
Just turned 50! Need to lose 20lbs. I haven’t been successful so I hope this kicks me in to gear.2

Hi my name is Del, I am from SA. I recently finished a 12 week challenge with friends and since ending have become slack in tracking and holding myself accountable for the foods I am eating and the exercise I am doing. Glad to have found this group. 😊3

Over the last year I have lost over 40kg and am struggling with the maintaining a healthy diet (exercise is not as much of a problem). I am joining for the first time as I have been encouraged to join some groups to give support and direction. I have been doing everything by myself up until now. I look forward to setting some good habits up over this next month.3 -
I’m Cathy from Chicago. I did this in May and lost 5.2 lbs. I’ve been doing the 10 day challenges and am now down 6.2 lbs since May 1 and a total of 8.4 lbs since April 1.3

Hi everybody! I am here for the 3rd time. Had 2 too many rest days the first and the second i dropped out becouse i whent on vacation. 3rd times the charm or what do they say? Im just maintaining at the moment becouse i got 3 grappling competitions in close proximity so im probably just going to maintain at my weight for this month.3

Been in UAC since February, but haven't been consistent with logging for the last two months. I let a vacation and annoying phone issues detail my consistency. In any case, I love this group and the way it's changed my daily habits! I'm ready for August, ready to beat a plateau, and to kick it up a notch in the summer.3
