Thanks everyone!!! I guess her colleague who went to Korea had a rough trip too. I guess when it comes time to board it's a fast procedure. He got a cramp in his leg and missed the flight had to wait 12 hours to catch the next. Then trying to come home he hit a typhoon. I hope Emily it's just a luggage thing.2

Exercised?: Yes. Drone track setup and pack up (over 10,000 steps).
Calories?: Yes
Tracked?: Yes
Early start to a drone race on the other side of town (90 mins drive away). Was live streamed on YouTube. Sent the link to my wife and she could watch from home when any of my heats were on (messaged her when I was on, so not waiting around).
Had an amazing day and reached the final (top 6 of 20). Luck ran out for me in the finals but for me just getting there was an amazing feat (old man in a young mans sport - reflexes ain't what they used to be). The wind claimed many casualties (flying small craft through obstacles in gusty 20 to 30 knot winds is not easy). My more cautious approach is how I got to the final in the first place.
Work at client site tomorrow, so long commute morning and night.

I ate the Best Ribeye tonight! Yummmmmy! I saved all my calories for that meal on the steak..no sides. Was worth every bite!

Calories? Under by 400...I need to consume more this evening to maintain...but will be sure to not exceed allowance.

Rose and I had the best weekend ever with the 4 grandchildren and a some add-on visitors. A great time was had by all and the kids just played together all weekend long.

Returning for last few days after my holiday in beautiful stunning county of Dorset uk
Will not make it to the winners circle but didn't go too mad! Lots of walking and am back refreshed and rejuvenated!
