Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? YES - Well a 15 minute walk X 2 - but I was a bit slack on the exercise today
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? YES - I think so, but was eating/drinking out so hard to really be sure
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? YES - kinda, but a lot more guesstimation that usual.
For a pass day, I did the best I could and certainly didn't over-induldge on food, just on the beers! It was a celebration though, so very happy with my choices.3 -

@eminater meantioned Barcelona. I have no evidence and I cannot cite any study, but I have always envied (but never copied) the Barcelona style post dinner outside stroll. It makes sense that if you go outside and walk after dinner that your metabolism will stay more active than if you eat and then sit down in front of the television. Tonight, after dinner, I went out into our woods and picked up branches and cut logs. It was a full hour of activity. Not cardio. In fact, more like a Barcelona stroll while carrying weights.
