    @RangerRickL funny you should mention that. I've traveled through 2 time zones in the past couple of days. Takes me a few days to adjust.

    @craigo3154 My husband went to Australia on a business trip and he said it was brutal.

    Stayed within calories but could make better food choices for sure .......

    Went out for Thai food for a going away party, so calories went out the window. Put on 2 lbs overnight, so definitely got a load of sodium. Back to basics tomorrow.
