    Exercize: 50k mtb ride
    Calories: yes
    Tracked: yes

First day of specific training for off road triathlons, we may well say I had a field day over rock gardens. Past the initial shock it has been a very productive day.

    Yes..    Cardio

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?    Yes

Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?  Yes

Out of town this weekend in beautiful St. Augustine.  Plan on getting good cardio and only eating dinner out. Brought my own bars and snacks.  Reasons I don't like eating out are not only for diet, I used to get migraines until I dialed in on food ingredients that triggered them for me. The two are MSG and Natural Flavors which is another form of msg. Since I have cut them out 4 months ago, I haven't had a migraine. I had previously been a lifetime sufferer. Thought I'd mention my experience in case anyone out there suffers.

Yes x 3 for the 11th. It rained all day so I was happy to have done parkrun early and have it out of the way!

This was a really good day!!
Sunny and hot, but I got to do lots of woodlot clearing and cutting. That is not work to me, that is just fun.
In the evening, I rode a horse at dusk and returned in the dark. All went very well.
Calories: under by a substantial margin. My new weigh in day is Monday, so it motivates me to eat more carefully on the weekend.

    Yes 3x. 1 hr swim.
I bought a cross bow. Looking forward to learning - the 4 practice shots in the store went well - I didn't hit the ceiling.
Now to buy a bale of hay.

My weight just isn't budging :'(

@Anya_000. If the weight is not moving after a number of weeks, but you are still tracking and keeping active, it is time to look at the tracking data you have accumulated.

If you have weights for a number of weeks and daily calories, you can work out you actual TDEE (total daily energy expenditure). This is instead of relying on the online calculators.

To work out your current TDEE:
    - Add together the total calories consumed over 3 weeks.
    - Add weight loss change in lbs multiplied by 3500 (eg. if lost 2 lbs, ADD 7000: if gained 1 lbs, SUBTRACT 3500)
    - Divide total by 21.
This gives average TDEE given the activity you have been performing.

This TDEE is the amount you need to consume daily to MAINTAIN weight. If you consume 500 kCal less than this TDEE per day and you should lose approximately 1lb per week (assuming you keep a similar activity level).

You can also look for stress eating patterns or "empty" calories. Empty calories are snacks or beverages that do not fill you up (or really enjoy) that have calories that can be reduced.

    Best of luck.
