I am so glad it's Friday. I even started my weekend chores early. Today I am the receptionist again. She is going to some concert and swears she is going to be pulled on stage. LOL she is 56 and truly crazy.

Pass day 1
We are preparing for our trip back home to KY from ID. Today we spent in Spokane with my brother and sister in law. We celebrated the 8 yr anniversary of my kidney transplant. It was especially special because both of them tested to be doaners. Every time I am able to push myself physically to meet a personal goal I'm reminded of my gift. Last week I was able to hike a little over 4 miles (uphill on the way in) to see the most beautiful scenery and waterfall I've ever seen. That might not seem like much but to me it was significant. I try each year at this time to challenge myself physically to something new. I'm more fit now than I have been in a long time. This accountable challenge is helping me to be able to do things beyond what I thought my body could do. Thanks to all of you for your encouragement and example.5 -
